As a Barista/Cashier, you will be the face of our coffee shop, creating delicious coffee drinks and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for handling cash and card transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with high quality and consistency.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable experience for all customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee equipment and cash register.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and participate in regular training and development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or Cashier, preferably in a coffee shop or similar environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
• Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for coffee and customer service.
