📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs through assessments and feedback.,Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business goals.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.,Stay updated with the latest learning and development trends and best practices.,Provide mentorship and coaching to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
