Local Prime Corporindo is seeking a dedicated Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and skills.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Coordinate with department heads to understand their training needs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by providing training to new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
