📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and develop precise, technical patterns using industry-standard software like Gerber Accumark and Optitex.
• Collaborate with designers to translate conceptual designs into detailed, accurate patterns.

• Conduct pattern grading and marker making for efficient production.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in textile and fashion design.
• Mentor and train junior pattern makers in best practices and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pattern making, preferably in the fashion or textile industry.
• Proficient in industry-standard software such as Gerber Accumark, Optitex, and CAD systems.
• Strong understanding of textile science and fashion design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
