PT Horizon Internusa Persada is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Procurement team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or students to gain hands-on experience in the procurement field.

As a Procurement Intern at PT Horizon Internusa Persada, you will work closely with the Procurement Manager to support various procurement activities, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and procurement process improvement.

This internship program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of procurement operations and a platform to develop your skills and knowledge in this dynamic field.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation and contract negotiation.
  • Support the Procurement Manager in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement best practices.
  • Provide administrative support to the Procurement team as needed.
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of procurement-related events and activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.
  • Indonesian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
