Tanggung Jawab:
Provide strategic leadership and vision for the school, ensuring alignment with the school's mission and values.Oversee the academic program, curriculum development, and implementation to ensure high-quality education.Lead and mentor teaching and administrative staff to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote student success and well-being.Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, stakeholders, and the local community.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and school policies.Represent the school at local, national, and international educational conferences and events.Oversee the school's budget and financial planning to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in international school leadership, preferably in a similar role.Proven track record of success in leading and managing an international school.Strong knowledge of international education standards and best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and teams.Proficiency in English, with knowledge of other languages an asset.Demonstrated commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable learning environment.🛠️ Keahlian
