Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support business growth and profitability,Manage and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial projections,Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making,Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements,Oversee and manage the accounting and financial reporting processes,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information,Identify and implement cost-saving measures and opportunities,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A and business planning,Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting,Experience with financial modeling and reporting,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and standards
