📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the clinic's cash flow and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.,Handle customer transactions, including cash, credit, and insurance payments.,Process insurance claims and coordinate with insurance companies as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation and submission of financial reports.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and ensure a positive experience.,Assist in the management of the clinic's inventory and ensure that supplies are well-stocked.,Coordinate with the clinic's administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with insurance claims processing is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
