📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including coordinating interviews and screening candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.,Assist in the preparation and administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.,Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR-related matters.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.,Support the HR Manager in the performance management process, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and databases.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Good organizational and time management skills.
