PT Visi Pilar is seeking a dedicated Assistant Pastry Chef to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for baking and wants to develop their skills in a professional kitchen environment. You will be responsible for assisting the head pastry chef in preparing and baking various pastries, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the pastry station.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head pastry chef in preparing and baking pastries, cakes, and other desserts.,Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistent quality and taste.,Follow recipes and food safety guidelines to produce high-quality pastries.,Maintain a clean and organized pastry station, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.,Assist in stock management and inventory control for pastry ingredients.,Help with special events and promotions by preparing unique pastries and desserts.,Learn and apply new baking techniques and trends to improve product offerings.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members in pastry preparation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a pastry chef or baking assistant.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Basic computer skills for inventory management and recipe documentation.
