📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in identifying and contacting potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email, and social media.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster long-term business partnerships.,Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive intelligence to support sales strategies.,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.,Negotiate and close sales deals, while meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and support overall business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in a B2B or B2C sales environment.,Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and data analysis tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
