📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management and stock control.,Ensure the smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, coordinating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.,Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse activities.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory turnover and order fulfillment rates.,Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Train and mentor junior staff on warehouse operations and safety procedures.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or warehousing industry.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Proven track record of managing inventory and stock control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
