📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Assist in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment.,Train and supervise junior cooks and kitchen staff.,Participate in quality control checks to ensure food meets standards.,Assist in special events and catering services as required.,Maintain accurate records of food usage and costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cook or similar role.,Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
