📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.,Prepare and maintain inventory of food and kitchen supplies.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Support the Head Cook in managing kitchen operations during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook or Deputy Cook in a professional kitchen.,Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Good knowledge of Indonesian cuisine.
