📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the F&B services, including ordering, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to the company's standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and equipment.,Train and supervise F&B staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about the menu, service standards, and customer service best practices.,Monitor food and beverage costs and work with the management team to develop strategies for cost control and profitability.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the dining area is safe and comfortable for customers.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers receive a positive dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with customers, staff, and management.,Knowledge of food and beverage safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with inventory management, ordering, and cost control.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
