📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the Student Management System (SMS), including PowerCampus and Blackboard, to ensure seamless integration with academic and administrative processes.
Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and students to address system issues and improve user experience.
Conduct data analysis and reporting to provide insights for continuous improvement of the SMS.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance data accuracy and system performance.
Train and support staff on the use of the SMS and related tools.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in student information systems.
Participate in university-wide projects to support academic and administrative goals.
Ensure compliance with university policies and regulations regarding student data management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in student information systems, preferably with PowerCampus and Blackboard.
Strong knowledge of database management and data analysis.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Certification in student information systems or related fields is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
