In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and operated safely and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles.
  • Ensuring all vehicles are well-maintained and operated safely and efficiently.
  • Overseeing fuel and maintenance schedules.
  • Monitoring vehicle performance and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Providing training and support to drivers.
  • Generating and maintaining accurate records of all fleet activities.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management.
  • Knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
