📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee all aspects of forestry operations, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and implement sustainable forestry practices to maximize the value of non-timber forest products.
• Manage and motivate a team of forestry professionals to achieve operational goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local communities, government agencies, and industry partners.
• Monitor and report on the environmental impact of forestry operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the economic and social value of forestry operations.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in forestry management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing forestry operations in a sustainable and responsible manner.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian forestry laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
