📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR supervision or a similar role.,Proficient in Mandarin language, both written and spoken.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in managing a diverse and multicultural team.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
