IT Support Network Technician (Duktek)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to customer service teams, ensuring network reliability and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including hardware and software problems.
• Monitor network performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ensure compliance with network security policies and procedures.
• Document network configurations and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to implement new network solutions and upgrades.
• Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
• Familiarity with network security concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Experience with network monitoring tools, such as Wireshark, Nagios, or PRTG.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
