📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking daily meals.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Ensure efficient use of ingredients and kitchen resources.,Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.,Participate in inventory management and food cost control.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in special event preparations and catering services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of kitchen equipment and techniques.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Proficient in using kitchen management software.
