As a Lead Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects from inception to completion.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.,Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.,Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.,Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and completing civil engineering projects.,Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software.,Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
