📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and bread.
  • Manage inventory and ensure all ingredients are properly stocked.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and ensure all products meet health and safety regulations.
  • Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and customer demands.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new recipes and menu items.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
  • Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
