📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate suitability.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to ensure we are attracting the best candidates.,Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment tools and technologies to enhance our hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with the local job market and industry trends in Samarinda.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
