In this position, you will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards in the construction industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting risk assessments for construction projects to identify potential hazards and implement mitigation strategies.,Managing administrative tasks including document control, record-keeping, and scheduling.,Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, standards, and company policies.,Assisting in the preparation and implementation of safety management plans.,Providing administrative support to project teams and ensuring smooth project operations.,Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to address safety and administrative issues.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date administrative records and reports.,Participating in safety audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, Administrative Science, or related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in risk assessment and administrative roles within the construction industry.,Knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices in the construction sector.,Strong administrative skills including document control, record-keeping, and scheduling.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Bali and other locations as required.
