📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives,Lead and mentor HR teams to ensure effective execution of HR initiatives,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and well-being,Drive employee development programs to enhance skills and capabilities,Partner with business leaders to address HR challenges and opportunities,Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations,Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Proven track record of implementing HR strategies that drive business success,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Experience in a multicultural and diverse work environment
