📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the Student Management System (SMS), including PowerCampus and Blackboard, to ensure seamless integration with academic and administrative processes.
• Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and students to address system issues and improve user experience.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to provide insights for continuous improvement of the SMS.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance data accuracy and system performance.
• Train and support staff on the use of the SMS and related tools.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in student information systems.
• Participate in university-wide projects to support academic and administrative goals.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and regulations regarding student data management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in student information systems, preferably with PowerCampus and Blackboard.
• Strong knowledge of database management and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in student information systems or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
