📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support the company's business objectives.
• Lead the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Oversee employee development programs, including training and career progression opportunities.
• Manage performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and compensation strategies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute people initiatives.
• Utilize HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR to streamline HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record in managing large-scale HR functions.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Certifications in HR management, such as PHR, SPHR, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
