📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, NPOs, and community leaders.
• Coordinate and manage partnership programs, including planning and executing events, workshops, and initiatives.
• Track and report on the impact of partnerships, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring regular communication and collaboration.
• Represent MINDS at community events and conferences, both locally and regionally.
• Collaborate with the MINDS team to align partnership activities with the organization's mission and goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in community engagement and partnership management.
• Contribute to the development of new partnership opportunities and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Community Development, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in community engagement, partnership management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully building and managing partnerships with schools, NPOs, and community leaders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or similar.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
