As a Japanese Language Instructor at Sakura, you will teach a diverse range of students, from beginners to advanced learners, in a supportive and engaging classroom setting. Our curriculum includes Hiragana, Katakana, Kanji, Grammar, Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing. You will utilize our state-of-the-art resources, including interactive whiteboards, multimedia materials, and our proprietary learning management system, LMS Sakura.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with Sakura's curriculum and student learning objectives.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Utilize LMS Sakura to track student performance and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and Sakura's educational team to stay updated on best practices and curriculum enhancements.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
• Stay current with Japanese language trends and educational methodologies to continuously improve teaching methods.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and workshops to enhance your instructional skills.
• Promote Sakura's values and mission through your teaching and interactions with students and colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Native or fluent Japanese speaker with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, Education, or a related field.
• Certification in Teaching Japanese as a Foreign Language (TJFL) or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience with interactive teaching methods and multimedia resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students.
• Proficiency in using LMS Sakura or similar educational platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for Japanese language and culture, and a commitment to student success.
