Your success will be measured by the growth and satisfaction of the businesses you serve, as well as your ability to build strong, lasting relationships with them.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and engage with local UMKM merchants to understand their business needs and challenges.
• Introduce and demonstrate the benefits of digital payment solutions like ShopeePay, GoPay, and OVO.
• Provide tailored financial advice and solutions, including microloans and savings accounts.
• Monitor and report on merchant performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and support experience for new merchants.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure merchant satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital payments and financial services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the financial services or digital payments industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with merchants.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify business needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Proficiency in using digital payment platforms like ShopeePay, GoPay, and OVO.
• Familiarity with financial products and services, including microloans and savings accounts.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of merchants.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English, with a strong understanding of local business culture in Gayo Lues, Aceh.
